Damages & Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you are past the warranty window and your Lavayoo is damaged, you can purchase a replacement bag here.

Much of the work in creating a Lavayoo product comes from sourcing, cleaning, and preparing the lava sand — it’s almost like working with gold — but we want to make sure every customer receives a product they love.
