Use Instructions Heating:

• Towel Cabi or Warming Plate: Simply place in your towel cabi or on a warming plate for easy access throughout the day.
• Microwave: ~2:30 (adjust as needed, max 3:30)

Cooling: Store in the freezer so it’s always session-ready.
